Welcome to Our School Library!
Bridge School Library serves 570 students from Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. It is home to nearly 20,000 books, educational videos, periodicals, and reference materials. The library computers provide students access to the online library catalog, encyclopedias, periodical databases, and age-appropriate web sites.
The goals of the Bridge School Library are to foster the love of reading, teach information literacy skills, enhance classroom curriculum instruction, and provide a wide range of quality children's literature.
Visit the About the Library page for more information about how the library operates.

  • In September and October all grades go through Orientation. For some that means reacquainting themselves with general library procedures and catalog usage. For others it is an introduction to how the library is organized and how that can help them find their books. For the younger students it's an introduction to, or reminder of, basic library rules and procedures. For everyone it's a chance to get new books to read on a regular basis!
