Lexington Learns Together is an innovative day of professional learning designed and facilitated by LPS staff for LPS staff. Staff members propose and facilitate sessions based on their areas of expertise, ideas from a course or a workshop they attended, professional goals, and more; participants choose from a diverse selection of Lexington Learns Together sessions to personalize their professional development for the day.

How do I propose a session?
Go to This Form to propose a session for Lexington Learns 2016 (the deadline to propose a session is Friday, September 30, 2016).
I have an idea in mind, but I’m not sure it can be a Lexington Learns session.

Can I propose more than one topic?
How many times can I facilitate the same session topic at Lexington Learns Together 2016?
In the proposal form, you will have the option to choose to facilitate your session once or twice during the day, which will allow facilitators to still attend at least one other session hosted by a colleague.
May I offer a session I facilitated in a previous year?
Yes! Please submit your proposal here.
How do I register for sessions?
Look for information on school announcements in late October. New this year, you will have the opportunity to preview the course offerings before registration opens.

Which LEA Units participate in Lexington Learns Together 2016?
Unit A members are required to attend. Members of Units C and D are invited to participate (must attend the full day to be compensated).
Where can I park?
Parking is available at Lexington High School, but due to the number of people attending Lexington Learns Together, carpooling is encouraged!
