Lexington, MA is a residential suburb of Boston and Cambridge with a population
of 31,000. Ninety-three percent of eligible children attend its six elementary schools,
two middle schools, and one high school. Important features include its representative
Town Meeting/Town Manager form of government, its excellent public library and fire
and police services, conservation land, and its outstanding public schools. The town
is primarily residential, but has a number of industries and commercial establishments.
