 Welcome to the Bridge School Website!
Welcome to the homepage for Bridge Elementary School, located in the historic town of Lexington, Massachusetts.  Bridge is a K-5 school with an approximate student population of 550 students.  Our school has a reputation for strong parental support and having a welcoming, inclusive environment. 
We hope that you find our school website a comprehensive place to find information about the school and about Lexington Public Schools.  Our goal is to maintain our site so that news, information, and events are up to date and help keep the Bridge School community informed. 
Please be sure to check our site often and let us know how we can improve it.  Communication is a large part of the work we do!



  • Bridge Parents Learn Together

    We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a Bridge Parents Learn Night at Bridge on Thursday, November 10, 2016. There will be 30 minute presentations to inform you, the community, about programs, curriculum, and supports we utilize at Bridge School. This event is one night for parents and guardians (no students allowed) and there will be sessions from 6:30 - 7:00 and 7:15 - 7:45 pm. See the attached flyer for detailed information about the available sessions.

  • Dr. Elizabeth Englander Talk

    On October 19, 2016 , Dr. Elizabeth Englander from MARC (Massachusetts Aggression Reduction Center) will present to parents on the use of social media and how it impacts middle school children on a daily basis.  Please join us on Wednesday October 19th  at 6:30 at Diamond Middle School to hear about this important topic.

  • Bridge School Site Council

    The Bridge School Site Council is looking for new members for the 2016/2017 school year.  The Site Based Council is comprised of Bridge staff, administration, parents, and community members.  The Council meets monthly (the meetings will take place Fridays from 8:00am-8:30am) to discuss school issues and disseminate information to the broader Bridge community.  If you are interested in becoming a member, please submit a letter of intent to Principal Meg Colella at mcolella@sch.ci.lexington.ma.us by May 15, 2016.
