     Safety + Convenience = $1.65/day
    As of August 23, 2013 we are evaluating new registrations on a space available basis. Routes have been completed and are posted.on the "other interesting bus links" page of this website.Please find your school and look for the bus stop closest to your address. High School routes start at 7:00. Middle School Routes start at 7:30 unless otherwise noted. Elementary School Routes start at 8:00. All start times are subject to change if timing needs adjustment. Thanks for your patience as we start another year!
    Please review prior to the start of school:
    Passes will be distributed at school on the first day. Registrations received after 8/12/13 will be printed by hand and will be distributed as soon as possible.  Drivers will not be expecting to see passes on the first few days of school.Please look for the pass and help your child attach it to his/her backpack. Bus information will be available to all school offices by August 26th.
    Link for Online Fee Payments  Save the convenience fee and pay with an ACH Transaction (Electronic Check). Use this secure method of payment, it's easy to do. Go to your eschool account and enter your routing number and account number from your checking account. See below....

    The deadline for the lowest bus fee of $300 has passed (except for new families). Registration is $500/student if received between May 19th and July 1st. After July 1st, the cost/student will be $722 (the actual cost of the seat)

    • Please make sure you have your child’s 8 digit ID number before you attempt to register.  ID’s were mailed April 12, 2013.
    • Registration deadline:  May 11, 2013
      • New Families moving to Lexington over the summer will be charged the lowest rate of $300/student with a family cap of $750 (3 or more fee paying riders). Please register for bus service as early in the summer as possible.
    • Payment deadline (if applicable):  August 1, 2013

    • Add elementary after school options later if you are not sure of your child’s after school plans yet.
    • If you signed up during the initial launch of the form and received a blank attachment with your confirmation, please know that we did receive the information.  If we need to check on anything, we will contact you.

    Registration is scheduled to begin on April 1, 2013. Below is the fee schedule approved by the school committee.

    Bus routes are based on registrations, and may vary each school year depending on where students live and who registers.  Should it be necessary, routes will be refined.
    Please note that elementary bus routes have been designed to arrive at the schools comfortably by 8:40 a.m.
    Inclement Weather:  During inclement weather, our goal is to safely transport students to and from school.  This may result in students arriving to school or at home later than expected.  The transportation providers do their very best to insure the safety of all on board.
    Financial Assistance :  Annual applications are available as of May 1st.  The application determines the waiver or reduction of student fees associated with Lexington Public Schools for the upcoming year.
