    Team Announcements:
     
    • We are accepting any and all used outdoor play equipment!  Quest is able to get outside during WIN blocks on Wednesdays.  We need any used soccer balls, frisbees, tennis balls or any type of play equipment that is taking up space in your home.  Please send it along to Ms. Isles.  Thanks!
    • Homework reminder: You should be spending about 15-20 minutes on each on team subject. If you are spending a long time on one assignment a parent/guardian can sign off saying that you worked for 15-20 minutes. If there are concerns about how much time is being spent on a specific subject please contact that teacher. 
    • Be sure to bring all required materials to each of your classes. Make sure you are writing down your assignments in your homework notebook/agenda each day.

    Science: Tuesday Google #78 - Writing steps for Land and Sea Breeze formations and What you discovered about heat using the IR sensors today.    Wednesday: #79 - Reading about local and global winds along with questions on a google form.   Thursday:  Google #80 Global Winds journal notes copy and study for quiz tomorrow. Friday: Google #81 (watch two short videos on air masses and fronts and answer some M/C questions.)

    Math - Study guide is due by Friday, March 16th.  We will have the unit test on Fraction operations on Wednesday, March 21st.  Make sure to use your notes and the resources in google Classroom to practice these skills all week!

     

    English:  Annotate "Deserted Farm" for Wednesday.  Also make sure that you have finished the main body paragraph 1 organizer for the essay Abandoned Farmhouse/1980s Farm Crisis question.  Since there is no school tomorrow, log on to Google Classroom tomorrow morning for the extra assignment about Deserted Farm.

On thursday you will be presenting your group's project to 2 people.  Be sure you know what to say to your classmates by rehearsing it Wednesday after school.  Also, look at the project entry in Google classroom.  There is a sample project there.   Compare your work with it to make sure you have all of the necessary details.
