The 2016-2017 Transportation Registration form is now available online. All students need to be registered each spring for the following school year. If you go to the LPS website, or your individual school website, you will find a “Quick Link” for “Transportation.” Once on our page, you can click the link for the “2016-2017 Transportation Registration Form.” Bus registration will be open from 4/4/16-5/16/16 for the lowest fee. Payment for the school bus is due on or before August 1st, 2016. If you are worried about forgetting to make the payment, you can schedule it now for a future date through your eSchool online payment account. There is a link to the online payment system on the transportation page.
A mailing was sent on 4/1/16 and will arrive at your house. It contains your child’s student ID number and date of birth which are required for the form. Please save the letter for future reference.
If you are applying for Financial Assistance, please be aware that all bus deadlines are the same for all families. No financial assistance application is required to register for the bus, just be sure to submit it by August 1st when the payment is due in full.
Not sure what your child’s after school schedule will be for the fall? That’s okay. If you know they need the after school bus (elementary), you can sign up now and let us know when the schedule is finalized. You can also cancel the service before you make your payment on Aug. 1st if necessary. Just call or send an email.
If you have an outstanding balance from the 2015-2016 school year, your bus registration will be placed on hold until all balances are taken care of.
